Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (SecuroX Inspect, Inhaber Benjamin Müller, Schlieserweg 48a, 31515 Wunstorf, Deutschland, email: info@inspect.wtf, phone: +49 160 94480362) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

You can also withdraw electronically using the “Withdraw from contract” button on our website at shop.inspect.wtf/vertrag-widerrufen. If you use this option, we will send you confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal, including its content and the date and time, without delay (e.g. by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportionate to what has been provided until you informed us that you are withdrawing from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

Digital content (e.g. downloads, software licenses, license keys, API access) that are not supplied on a tangible medium: the right of withdrawal expires once we have begun performing the contract after you have expressly consented to our beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period, you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins, and we have provided you with confirmation of the contract on a durable medium (by email).

Services (e.g. website development, custom bot and system development): the right of withdrawal expires once we have fully performed the service, provided that we only began performance after you gave your express consent and at the same time acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal once we have fully performed the contract.

You make the corresponding declarations during the ordering process. They are stored with the date and time and included in your contract confirmation email.
