Inspect Blackout | Dynamic Power Outage System for FiveM

Inspect Blackout turns your server into a dark world without power: street lights, traffic lights, interior and vehicle lighting are disabled server-wide until players restore the power supply themselves. A fixed main generator activates global power for all configured zones, while a second, independent auxiliary generator supplies only its own set of zones – ideal for individual islands or areas. In addition, players can build small and large mobile generators at a configurable crafting point, place them freely in the world and use fuel to activate their own power zone with an individual radius. All zones can be defined as a circle, box or freely drawn polygon with height limits. Thanks to the integrated framework bridge, the script runs automatically with ESX or QBCore and optionally ox_inventory – configurable via a single, clearly labeled setting in config.lua. Admins can control the blackout at any time via chat command or ACE permission, and an optional Discord webhook logs all generator activations.
